The Board of Directors, the fourth in the history of the Friuli Benevolent Corporation was elected by the members of the Famee Furlane. It is made up of six people who bring varied skills to the table:

Their knowledge eases the complex task of overseeing the social, corporate and rental aspects of running the Friuli Terrace. The presence of dedicated people experienced in such worlds as the law, property management, building, banking, accounting and business makes for lively discussions.

Answering to the board is an external property management company. The Board, together with the Management Company, staff and York Region Housing make decisions regarding rentals.
