Some of the services provided at the Terrace for the residents:
- Banking assistance - a staff member from the bank comes to facilitate cheque deposits and cash withdrawals
- A podiatrist is available once every six weeks
- A physiotherapist comes three mornings a week
- Guest Speakers i.e. police officer, fireman, nurse, pharmacist
- Terrace Bus - provides transport to local stores as required
- Monthly, a librarian from Vaughan Library comes to the building bearing books and films in English and Italian
